Private scanner privacy notice

Privacy, in plain language.

This page describes the temporary processing used by the Project Origin Receivables Assurance Scanner.

24-hour expiry by default Delete Now throughout the workflow Temporary scan artefacts only No uploaded CSV model training

What the scanner processes

The scanner processes the CSV you choose, mapped invoice and customer fields, validation errors, deterministic findings, feedback you optionally provide, and a generated Receivables Assurance Brief.

Temporary retention

The source file and temporary scan artefacts automatically expire after 24 hours by default. The scanner shows the exact session expiry and provides Delete Now throughout the workflow.

Immediate deletion

Delete Now removes the source file, temporary invoice and customer snapshots, row repairs, results, findings, rule evaluations, reports, feedback, profiling and temporary consent records. A non-sensitive deletion job result and audit event may remain for security and operational traceability.

Model training

Uploaded CSV data is not used for model training. The scanner's financial calculations, dates, ageing, duplicates and priorities are deterministic and do not use an AI model as their source of truth.

Optional feedback and profiling

Feedback and business-profile questions appear only after results and are optional. They never block report download or deletion. Product feedback, permission to contact you and permission to publish approved feedback are separate choices.

Product interest and site analytics

You may separately provide an email address and consent to hear about ongoing receivables capabilities. That request does not retain your uploaded financial data. Privacy-safe site analytics record limited funnel events such as page views, scanner starts, report downloads, and interest submissions; they do not contain invoice values, customer names, uploaded files, or scan findings.

Workspace continuation

No operational workspace record is created from an anonymous scan. Authentication and explicit consent are required before any future workspace persistence. The original temporary file still follows the published deletion schedule.

Security and contact

Scanner data is isolated in non-public storage and accessed through an expiring private session. Current hosting, subprocessor, isolation, and verification details are available in the Trust & Security center. For privacy requests, contact saileshkrishnan7@gmail.com.
